Recipes

Cajun Steak Tacos - You can mix this up by adding seasonings (no salt) and get a flavorful punch of a meal. 

Chicken Parmesan Muffins - Who doesn't love chicken parm? This is a lightened up version that leaves no room for mistakes on portion size. 

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce - O. M. G. This has to be one of my favorite chicken dishes to make. It's flavorful, the chicken stays juicy, and you get peanut sauce. Score! 

Chili for One - Home by yourself? Is it cold? Great. Make this. This is a 21 day fix recipe, however, the serving sizes on each actual food item are the same as the containers used for the program. Deeeeeelicious. 

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt - Have a sweet tooth? Me too. Try this instead of ice cream. 

Enchiladas - I love love love Mexican food. As you can tell. This is excellent because, again, it doesn't have the carbs, but does have the goodness of everything else. 

Mexican Sweet Potato Casserole - Need a heart dish for a crowd? I got your dish, right here. Sweet potatoes, asparagus, CHEESE, salsa, etc. Come on now. 


Rosemary and Garlic Salmon - I love these flavors together. Especially on salmon. This 
recipe is so easy my 5 year old could do it. 


Sweet Potato and Bacon Burgers - Wait, did you say bacon?! You don't have to GIVE UP BACON. These are good with or without a bun - I actually ate mine without, adding some salsa and rice. 





Sweet Potato Fries - I, literally, threw these >>>>>>

together with some steak tacos because I needed something crunchy. It's my recipe, so there is no link. 2 sweet potatoes, cut into fry slices, 2 tsp olive oil. Toss the fries with the olive oil in a large bowl, add in whatever spices (except salt) you want. These were with a southwestern, some garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. You want to go real crazy? Add a garlic aioli with organic mayo and plain Greek yogurt. 





Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls - Like to bake? Toss these together and you'll know exactly what you're eating.
